My Apple Watch Ultra 2 microphone only works for calls

So i have a ultra 2 watch and all of a sudden the microphone stopped working for text message dictation. I then checked if it worked for siri, voice memos, and phone calls. The only thing that worked was phone calls. the ports are clean, its been force reset, and i unpaired/paired it. Still the only thing that works is phone calls.
