How can I prevent eye strain when using my MacBook Air M4?

hi after using my m4 air for 1 hrs i m getting eye strain, i tried to use all system setting but not working out, such kind of issue i m not facing on other windows system even after using for more than 6 hrs, but do not know y i m getting eye strain on mac book only, i consulted to doctors also they tested my eye but they didnt found any issue with my eye.

macOS includes many customizable settings that are likely to mitigate the effects.


Start with Get started with accessibility features on Mac - Apple Support, and experiment with the various Accessibility features for vision on Mac - Apple Support. For example can alter the display color temperatures to be "warmer" or "colder" or dim the display if it's too bright.


Obviously everyone's impressions are going to be highly subjective.


If you still can't find a way to comfortably use that Mac by all means let Apple know about it, and yes you can certainly return it for a full cash refund if it should come to that.
