Blend 9-10 dry red chillis, 1/3rd cup peanuts, 8-9 garlic cloves , 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice with 1/2 cup water. Heat 2 tbsp oil and temper with 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and 1/4 tsp hing.
