We recruit, nurture, maintain, and honor a highly diverse, highly qualified resident staff of theater artists, administrators, and operational staff members. We focus on providing fair and competitive compensation and opportunities for growth.

Director of Marketing
Dallas Children’s Theater is seeking an innovative and inspired leader who will expand DCT’s brand presence, audience, and community impact while growing earned revenue and supporting contributed revenue goals. Reporting to the Executive Director this role oversees marketing strategy, brand development, sales, communications, ticketing, front of house, all digital properties and the DCT store. This role works closely with Artistic, Development, Production, Finance and Education to plan and implement DCT’s programming and education offerings.

Box Office Associate
Working closely with the Box Office Manager, the Box Office team, and DCT’s Front of House staff, the Box Office Associate plays a key role in delivering an elevated, family friendly patron experience. We are seeking candidates who can work both weekday and weekend shifts. Box Office Associate will work 40 hours per week onsite. Tessitura experience is preferred, though any ticketing background is helpful.

Box Office Representative
Working closely with the Box Office Manager, the Box Office, and DCT Front of House, the Box Office Representative will strive to deliver an elevated family-friendly patron experience. We are seeking candidates who can work weekday/weekend box office shifts. Agents can expect to work an average of 10-20 hours per week onsite at DCT dependent on business needs in season, subject to change. Tessitura experience preferred or any ticketing experience.

General Maintenance Technician
Dallas Children's Theater (DCT) is seeking a motivated and responsible professional to join our team to assist with facility operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring a safe and hazard-free workplace environment, responding to minor disturbances and emergency calls, inspecting the property for hazards and equipment repairs, and overseeing contracted services that support daily operations. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience or equivalent education and knowledge and experience in facility maintenance. For the right qualified person, this position is a full-time position, eligible for overtime after 40 weekly hours. A flexible schedule and the ability to work nights and weekends are desirable. A part-time role is an option.
