LEMON GINGER CUBES 🍋 I’ve started intermittent fasting again and this is one of my current go-to drinks I have in the morning until lunch so I wanted to share! All I do is blend 2 juiced lemons, 1 peeled piece of ginger, and a sprinkle of turmeric and then freeze in ice cube trays or a mini muffin pan! Now in the mornings I just add 1 frozen cube to a mug with boiling water and I’m good to go! Anybody else intermittent fast? My window is 12-8 and it’s just something I’m trying out to see ...
