The People and Culture Department are delighted to announce the launch of Clare County Councils new eRecruitment platform. This is now live!

We are working with a recruitment software company, Oleeo, who are the provider of our new erecruitment platform. This is a major step forward in modernising how we attract and recruit employees. This system will make the recruitment process simpler, and more transparent for everyone involved.

What does this mean for applicants?

• Applicants will be required to register and create an account to apply for vacancies and receive communications, like job alerts.
• Applicants can apply online with ease, track their progress, and receive timely updates at every stage.
• Features include
  • ability to create Job alerts,
  • a candidate portal that retains candidate information,
  • self-scheduling interviews,
  • current status of a competition & the candidate information booklet,
  • Interview link if interview is online,
  • online offer acceptance
  • and online onboarding of new employees will make the experience easy to navigate.

Our built-in chatbot is ready to assist you anytime with guidance, FAQs, and quick answers - making your experience even easier.
