Our monthly events calendar is filled with a TON of NEW wellness events! They're all virtual and free regardless of insurance.

Sexpress Safer Sex Supplies Delivery

The Sexual Health Education Program is delivering safer sex supplies to students on campus. Order a Sexpress kit that contains external condoms, lube, and information on how to correctly use the condoms. A SHEP student will meet up with you to deliver the supplies.
Exercise is Medicine Month
This October, UHS, Rec Sports Facility (RSF), the Berkeley School of Public Health, and the Department of Physical Education are celebrating Exercise is Medicine month!

We're aiming to reduce barriers to physical activity, help students explore the many available programs on campus, and support student engagement in physical activities of their choice to improve their mental health, physical health, and wellbeing.

We're also offering "New to Fitness" classes! They're 10 minutes long and you get access to a personal trainer, health coach, and physical therapist afterwards to ask your questions!

Flu Shots for Students
  • Flu shots are currently available at the Rec Sports Facility (RSF) for those students who are getting their COVID-19 surveillance tests. You can stop by after your test and get a flu shot.
  • Flu shots are also available when you come to the Tang Center for your Primary Care appointment.
  • Additional flu shot clinics will be open in mid-October. Details to come!
