Italian cinema will arrive in force in the French capital from 12 to 15 January 2023 for the 15th edition of the De Rome à Paris festival. On the menu of these meetings of Italian cinema are notably 10 feature films released in Italy in 2022, never before seen in Paris and which will be screened at the Christine Cinéma Club, in the presence of the film teams.

Nine Italian projects seeking French partners will be showcased at co-production meetings organised with Unifrance and the CNC: the animation project Sono ancora vivo by Roberto Saviano (produced by Lucky Red), Un po’ fiorire by Dario Albertini (Fandango), La casa bianca by Francesco Romano (Amarena Film), Le deluge by Gianluca Jodice (Ascent Film), Shocking! (so far without a director - produced by Viola Film), Anna la voce umana by Monica Guerritore (LuminaMGR), the docufiction Sea Sisters by Brunella Fili (OffiCinema Doc), Il cavaliere della strada by Salvatore Lizzio (Revok) and La città invisibile by Alessandro Stevanon (documentary with animation produced by Redibis Film).

Finally, on the festival side, there is a retrospective in homage to Rome with seven films: four classics (I Knew Her Well by Antonio Pietrangeli, the 6-part film Love in the City, The Grim Reaper by Bernardo Bertolucci and Poor but Beautiful by Dino Risi), two documentaries (Sacro GRA [+lee también:
