Here's a very old and all original Judy hand puppet, the wife of the world renown Mr Punch! This puppet is a rarity made in Germany circa late 19th Century. The carving and painting on this piece are remarkable. She has a fabric body with some lovely small wooden hands. The legs are missing and the costume is very worn with several holes, missing parts and heavy deterioration to the fabric. The head also shows wear with scuffs, paint loss, spots, discoloration and other age related marks. The nose is chipped. Despite its imperfections, this is a rare and very charming old hand puppet full of personality. Don't let the opportunity of bringing such special piece of history pass! Condition: Used and pre-owned antique puppet. The legs are missing and the costume is very worn with several holes
