After finally moving to the “Animation Capital of the World”, my contractor job ended abruptly (an unfortunate part of doing contractor jobs). This means I can focus on getting a job as a storyboard artist! But first I need to make sure I can continue to live here.
Therefore, to make ends meet until I find my next job, I’m opening up commissions again! To kick things off, I will be offering quick turnaround commissions. Each image will be 4”x6” (photo size) at 300 dpi.
Here’s all the things I’m happy to draw:
Portraits (both people and animals - makes great bday and holiday gifts)
Original characters
Fanart
Pin-ups
mini-comics as seen above
BGC-style comics and/or portraits
Things I’ll have to pass on:
Smut
Excessive Gore (scars and minor wounds are fine but intestines are a bit of a line for me)
If you’ve read all this and are interested in getting a commission, send me an email at PaigeOneComics@gmail.com. In the subject line, write what style you want, a basic description of the image, and the price (ex. Full Color, Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask, $40) and explain what you’d like draw in detail in the body of the email. When you’ve sent the email, send the amount to the same email address via PayPal. When I’ve received the email and the money, I’ll send you a confirmation letting you know your commission is queued up. When your commission is finished, I’ll email it to you in .jpg format unless you’ve specifically requested a different filed format. (Please do not send orders in through Tumblr. It gets really hard to keep track of messages and they often get lost. Thank you.)
Because these prices are lower than my usual commission costs, I will only be running this promotion until Sunday, October 13, 2013. After the 13th, the lightning round will be over and the prices will go up.
If you have any questions, feel free to email me at PaigeOneComics@gmail.com.
I know money is tight for a lot of people right now. If you can’t commission me but would still like to help, signal-boosting this post would mean the world to me!
Thank you! I can’t wait to see what requests come in!! :D
I’m opening up a special promotional week of commissions for anyone interested!
If you ever wanted to get a portrait of yourself in the style of Busty Girl Comics (or one for your special someone or friends), I’d love to draw it! Just specify in the email that you want a “Busty Girl Portrait”.
Paige “Rampaige” Halsey Warren is most well-known for her webcomic series, Busty Girl Comics. The comics make light of issues those of us who are bustier tend to deal with, and since it’s creation in January of 2012, it’s hit home with a lot of women.
And these books are all also available on Amazon as well so if you are outside of the US, just search Busty Girl Comics in your local Amazon site and it’ll ship to you! (Book 3 may take a few days to show up with this method)
Thanks for all your patience while I got the third book ready! I hope you like it!
<3 Rampaige
P.S. If you’re thinking of giving BGC as a gift this season, don’t forget there’s also a store!
Today’s comic was #300 and with that Busty Girl Comics is officially done posting daily.
Don’t panic! The resources, advice, and store will still be here and I’ll be posting updates from time to time about Vol. 3 (due out soon!), upcoming shows, related projects, and other things that I promise will be relevant.
There might be some comics you may not have seen so please check out the backlog, which will remain up, or buy the books (or you may want to reread them, which is highly encouraged <3). I will be moving on to other art projects and will announce when my next comic series starts up. I also have a sketch blog (not always safe-for-work; look for sfw tag at top) for those interested in my other artistic endeavors.
Now that that’s out of the way, I have something to tell you all:
Thank you.
This comic has been a significant part of my life for the past 10 and a half months and it’s been an adventure, to say the least. I had never thought I’d have the opportunity to make a comic that’s read by so many people and made a difference for so many, especially so early in my career. This whole thing has been such a wonderful experience. I still have trouble realizing that the silly doodles I started out of frustration ended up giving so many, myself included, a new appreciation for our bodies and the busty people we care about. I never would have dreamed I could be a part of such a broad and welcoming community, let alone contribute to it as much as I have. You’ll never know how much the readers of this series have meant to me this year. Thank you all so much.
