Job DescriptionSales Manager – Telematics
Location: Buckhead, Atlanta (office-based, 5 days per week)
Department: Telematics
Working hours: 7:45am–4:15pm or 8:30am–5:00pm
Job purpose
You will lead a high-velocity inbound and outbound phone sales team in our Atlanta office, driving same-day and short-cycle closes, building daily sales cadence and setting the standard for execution. You’ll be hands-on, on the floor, on the calls and in the detail.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Lead and develop a phone-based inbound and outbound sales team focused on same-day and 24–48 hour closes
- Set daily structure, cadence and urgency through start-of-day huddles and end-of-day performance reviews
- Build and manage Salesforce dashboards, call flows and contact strategies that drive daily execution
- Define and document sales SOPs including call sequences, outreach strategies, and email templates
- Coach in real time through side-by-side selling, floor coaching, and call reviews
- Jump on live calls to support closes and model the selling approach
- Create clear visibility of performance using whiteboards, dashboards, and activity metrics
- Report daily and weekly performance to the hiring manager with clarity and accuracy
- Build energy, focus and accountability across the team and step in quickly when performance dips
- Spend your first month actively selling to build credibility and deep understanding of the process
We are looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in fast, direct, high-energy environments.
You will need:
- Proven experience leading phone-based sales teams (inbound or call-centre environments)
- Strong Salesforce capability, including dashboards, workflows, and reporting
- A background in assumptive closing with one-call or short-cycle sales models
- Experience coaching sales teams through live calls, recordings, and floor support
- Confidence creating and enforcing sales processes and standard operating procedures
- Resilience working with daily metrics, direct feedback, and high accountability
- A hands-on leadership style, you lead from the floor, not from the sidelines
Nice to have:
- Telematics or mobility experience
- Experience building or scaling sales teams from scratch
What can you expect of us?
- A six-figure OTE (base + commission)
- Clear progression route and career development
- High autonomy, high accountability and zero bureaucracy
- A team that moves fast, challenges directly and celebrates results
- A business that promotes from within and backs performers
Additional Information
