Braze Engineers identified a Dashboard configuration error that was deployed at 15:50 ET, preventing navigation and logins on EU02. At 16:04 ET, the errant configuration change was reverted, and a redeploy was executed.

During this window, EU02 customers experienced issues navigating and accessing the Dashboard. All other services remained functional, all REST and SDK API requests were processed, campaign and canvas execution continued to function. No messages were dropped.
