When we got an uber to the destination, it dropped us on the opposite side of the block. The drop off spot needs to be updated because it’s not correct when people are using uber to navigate to the location.

Address is not intuitive. Uber dropped us off on the other side of the building both times.

Instructions were a little unclear and it didn’t initially seem like the bar staff knew exactly how the process works, but it was still overall a great experience. This Bounce provider location is inside the brewery (On Rotation). Make sure to reserve the correct bags online and be prepared to show them the QR code for them to check in. We stored 3 small suitcases and 2 backpacks for a very reasonable price. We were given a bag tag and the bags were left behind the bar in a staff-only area. Be aware: the bags are visible to the public and not placed in a separate storage room. It didn’t bother us, but you should know what to expect when using this service. Bar staff were friendly, and we will definitely use the service again in the future!

We had a great experience at this location. Easy to find, it’s in the middle of a lovely Bishop Arts district. We were in and out in 5 min. The suitcases were securely locked and we were out to explore. The pick up was a breeze. The guys were very professional and polite. Highly impressed!

Very kind and helpful staff. My bag was safely placed and tagged. The area is nice and conveniently located just a mile from the Arboretum & Botanical Garden and has a lovely paved trail that runs along the lake so makes for a nice walk to and from the location.

I was skeptical at first since I’ve never used a service as such prior to this trip. However, it was a 10/10 experience, I was in and out for both drop off and pick up in a very timely manner. I will definitely be using this service on all future trips.

Great staff and quick hand off

If you are relying on public transportation to get there and leave, then leaving can be a problem. The city bus only passes by once an hour. Aside from that, the location is decent. Close to the Love/Field orange line train.
