The staff were welcoming and asked if we were there for Bounce when we walked in with our luggage. Our bags were safely locked in a room adjacent to the corner store. Staff immediately took a picture of our luggage when dropped it in the storage room. Pick up was just as easy

Excellent experience. We were in Charleston for the day. We had an evening flight and needed a spot to store our bags. The worker at the convenience store welcomed my by name upon entering and asked if I was there via Bounce. Our luggage was stored very safely. He was there upon our return in the evening. I could not have been more pleased.

They were fun to deal with and my bags didnt seem to have been tampered with at all. I would definitely use them again if I was ever in need in Charleston again. Even if just to hear them yelling "KEVIN! HEY KEVIN!" over and over because he was taking a morning nap hahaha It was a good experience

I felt confident leaving my bag at Taxidermy for the day. I had to check out of my AirBnB in the morning, and my flight wasn't until night time, so I needed a place to store my carry-on. I'm so glad I looked into options and discovered this was only a short walk away from where I was staying. The people in the store were very kind, and the process was exceptionally smooth. thank you!

Mona Lisa was courteous, professional and reassuring. The storage area is in the back with plenty of room for storage, it is temperature controlled and remains under the watchful eyes of the management. I’d easily book again in the future!
