Wonderful spot!

Easy to find store, staff was friendly. Bags are stored in a storeroom/ closet, easy to access.

Enter the stationary store. Take the lift to the 1/F. That's it. Easy. Need to walk from the station.

I left several pieces of luggage using the Bounce app. I looked at Google Maps and took the elevator to the second floor of the general store. The staff was friendly, I was able to leave the service right away, and it was helpful for my trip to Bern.

Good location near the center

It's in a different location than Google Maps. It's on the first floor of the building next to the cosmetics department store. The staff is very friendly.

I love it👍 It's more convenient than using a locker.

It was complicated to find, I had to ask to several people. But once I found it the lady was very nice. Easy to drop and pick up. Note that it is not close to the train station, so prepare to walk.

We used this service for a day in Bern. The staff is really kind and helpful, unfortunately we found (as we had already read in other reviews) that the service can be booked on the site until 6.30 pm, but when we arrived on site the staff asked to collect our luggage by 5.50 pm as the shop closing time is 6.00 pm. I think it is necessary to update the timetables on the site to avoid unpleasant inconveniences.

They should ideally tag the bags, otherwise the process is very good.

The Lady that locked my bag up for me was so lovely and sweet! This was way easier than going through the hassle of locking it up through SBB. It’s not a locker or anything but it’s a place to put your bag. If you’re travelling on a budget I would 100% recommend!

The staff here are very kind. They have a first-class spirit.
