Israel. Jehoshaphat was certainly not king of Israel, but of Judah; Israel must therefore be a mistake for Yehoodah; which is the reading of {thirty-eight} of Dr. Kennicott's and De Rossi's MSS., and of the Syriac, Arabic, Septuagint, and Vulgate.
