Herbert L. Stern III

Herbert L. Stern, III was a judge for the Colorado 2nd Judicial District Court. He was appointed to this position in June of 1990.[1][2][3] He retired from the court in 2015.
Education
Stern received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his law degree from the University of Denver Law School.[1]
Career
Stern worked as an attorney for over a decade prior to his judicial appointment in 1990. He worked as both a public defender and private practice lawyer.[1]

Stern was retained in 2010 with 69.11 percent of the vote.[3][4]
