Henry Wade Rogers (1853-1926) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. He joined the court in 1913 after an appointment from Woodrow Wilson. At the time of his appointment, Rogers was a member of the faculty and the Dean at Yale Law. He served until his death on August 16, 1926.^[1]

Judicial nominations and appointments

Second Circuit

He was nominated by President Woodrow Wilson on September 18, 1913 to fill the seat vacated by Walter Chadwick Noyes. He was confirmed by the Senate on September 29th, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on August 16, 1926. He was succeeded to this post by Thomas Walter Swan.^[1]
