David R. Hamilton

David R. Hamilton is a judge in the Second Judicial District in Utah. He was appointed to the court in July 2010 by Governor Gary Herbert. He was retained in 2014 for a term that expires on January 3, 2021.[1][2]

Hamilton received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in 1975 and his J.D. from the University of Utah School of Law in 1978.[2]
