Alan D. Allbee was an associate juvenile judge of District 1B of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 1990. Allbee retired in 2018.

Biography

Allbee received both his undergraduate and law (1977) degrees from the University of Iowa and was licensed to practice law in Iowa on January 14, 1978. He spent the next 12 years as a private practice lawyer. During this time, he was also an assistant county attorney, city attorney, and a part-time juvenile referee. He is a member of the Iowa Judges Association Juvenile Court Committee, the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, and the juvenile and family law section of the Iowa State Bar Association. As of September 2, 2016, there was no record of disciplinary orders against Allbee from the Iowa Judicial Branch Office of Professional Regulation.[1][2]
