Mousse on damp hair. Blow dry hair w/ round brush. Curl hair, leaving ends out. Tease crown. Separate crown into 2 layers, one on top of the other. Pull each layer back into a half up half down ponytail, one on top of the other. Tease top ponytail and make sure to hide the elastics. Leave out bangs / face framing pieces. Hairspray everything in place.
