A visual essay of the slow and continuing change of an urban wall, created from photographs taken over a six month period documenting the the human and environmental interventions including graffiti murals, gorilla advertising posters, layers of over painting and mark making. Around 60 photographs have been deconstructed and recontextualised into a collection of archival pigments titled URBAN PALIMPSEST Palimpsest "Something used or altered but still bearing the traces of its earlier form"
