MyLebara 4+

I cant believe how impressive this network has been. As for the price which is bonkers - £1 for the first 6months then £4.90 after for a shed load of data (well 5gb tends to be the most I use unless I use it for map guidance driving on my holiday). I am currently in France on holiday deep in the French countryside the network coverage is brilliant. You can roam like you were at home. My wife meanwhile cant despite being on EE paying £12 per month! I have 1gb left so I bought a add on (£5 for 3gb whilst abroad) which is so simple to do and is immediately used first so you can keep the remainder of my 1gb when I am back from my holiday in the UK before it renews at the end of the month. The app is brilliant I can track my data and know where I stand. Thank you Lebara so glad I made the switch it was easy to do and I could port my number from my old network with ease. 🤩5️⃣⭐️

I find your plans not totally transparent as I am billed for calls that should be within my free allowances while abroad. If you say I have 1000 call minutes to the following countries Australia, Canada, USA, etc, then I should be able to utilize same. But since working in Switzerland these last few weeks all I seen to get are notifications that I am out of money in my Lebara account. There’s a month I topped up £60 or more and still got no satisfaction in making calls abroad. I am still unable to view my history to get an understanding of my spend and how I seem to be in the red all the time. Data should work like I am in the UK. Same goes for Calls. Please correct me if I am wrong and set me on the right plan as I will be abroad working till January 2020. I feel like giving up on Lebara right now.

I signed up for a new customer offer which was offered as £0.01 per month for 6 months and then would go to £5.90 but apparently because I toggled the button for auto renewal on and off not really knowing what that was it has voided my offer??! The customer service was rubbish, they wouldn't help me with my deal saying it's now void and I'd have to pay the full rates.
My advice would be to stick to well known names like EE, it's always to good to be true as this brand is a total scam who treat customers poorly. I'll be going back to EE. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.
