CBinstaller.jar: Java program to install the latest ConceptBase release.
Contains the ConceptBase binaries inside the jar file.
Install by
java -jar CBinstaller.jar
Select as installation directory c:\conceptbase (Windows) or
$HOME/conceptbase (other platforms).

The sub-directory OLD contains some older variants of ConceptBase, some of them
compiled for specific platforms.
