Hi folks,
probably you will find my request as stupid one since I should know what I'm doing but I believe not only me can appreciate it.
When user selects a task and presses the Remove button Rachota should warn the user if task to be removed has nonzero duration to protect removing of user's progress.
What do you think about it?
If you ask how I found it, yes, I removed a task with 03:39:25 duration :-( How I'm happy I've got regular backup of my disk ;-)
Thanks,
Jan

Well, honestly I understand your frustration. How quickly did you find that out after deleting the task? If it was within the next 10 minutes you should be able to restore the task using the backuped diary file not?
All in all, I agree to add yet another question to confirm that non zero task is being deleted. I will schedule this accordingly for the next development works. Thanks for an interesting suggestion!

I found it out after 20-25 minutes. I was cleaning up my list of tasks copied from previous days which I considered to be finished. Then I worked on one task for couple of minutes and when I wanted to switch to another task I saw I'm working only for 01:40:xx - I was really astonished since I started today very early. After few seconds I found it out as a pilot's error ;-)
Thanks for considering my request as suggestion to be implemented.

The user is warned when s/he is deleting a task with non-zero duration. The enhancement is implemented in trunk (build #070822).
