Hello, I had a problem with the size of root lvm partition where Oreka database is located. I extended the partition but there are no entries in the database for that time. Recordings are in place on another partition. My question is how can I recreate database entries from the files? Best regards, Marcin |

if yes, you have to create a source and destination port in the switch, then take a server with oreka installed on it and plug the server NIC to destination port, once the RTP traffic hit the server you will be able to record all calls in and out, best regard On Sat, Dec 13, 2014 at 12:00 PM, Mustapha ID-BAHAL <m.i...@gm...> wrote: > > Do you have a managed switch ??? > > On Fri, Dec 12, 2014 at 2:53 AM, Ausfinancial Guest < > gu...@au...> wrote: > >> Hello Oreka Users >> >> >> I would need your help to understand how oreka works. Oreka supports compact SIP out of the box. It might be that compiling the latest svn version fixes your problem. If not, you can send me a pcap trace offline. Hi, The OrecX software has support for streamevents over http, so that you can hook into events when call starts, stops or ready (recording is done and ready for playback. And also support for fetching the recordings as streams over http. Has Oreka Open Source any of these features? And if so, from wich versions respectively? Regards Nils |

Hello All; The partition that the recorded files are stored on it is becoming full while the other partition is still almost free as shown in the below result: [user1@legalcenter /]# df -HFilesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on/dev/mapper/vg_legalcenter-lv_root 53G 47G 3.8G 93% /tmpfs 2.0G 74k 2.0G 1% /dev/shm/dev/sda1 508M 42M 440M 9% /boot/dev/mapper/vg_legalcenter-lv_home 928G 11G 870G 2% /home[user1@legalcenter /]# What is the solution? Is it to re-sizing the partition or to change the storing location? If to change the storing location to be on the large partition, I see it mounted on /home, so it means that any thing will be stored under home will be belongs to the large partition? In this case, I have to change the path of storing the recorded files to be under /home directory or I have to re-size the partition to extend it by taking from the other partition? Any recommended method?RegardsBilal |

I have problem with compact SIP with my softphone [CSipSimple] to improve my calls across my WiFi network, without this option my calls are recorded on both caller an calle, but get a bad voice quality. But when I enable this option of compact SIP packet my calls only are recorded on one side of the call. Is there and additional dll, configuration or library to fix this? |

RTP payload type:110 is not usually an audio codec. It could be that what you have captured with orkaudio is missing audio. It's hard to tell without the orkaudio logs of when this call was captured and/or a pcap trace. Dear user mailing list: I'm looking for a solution to my radio stations. I need to record everything pulling the air signal using a radio tuner and then record the audio signal. Not sure if theres an analog card I can plug into the Oreka box (I mean the box with installed Oreka software) or if I can send the audio to a specifi port thru the web. Regards, Sergio. |

Hi, I am trying to build Orkbase from source, and after struggling to get the correct third party libraries installed under c:\devExt, I now get only 1 error that says: Error 3 error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'g72x.h': No such file or directory c:\projekt\vs2010\oreka\orkbasecxx\filters\g726codecs\G721Codec.h 22 1 OrkBase Also, Is it normal with about 146 warnings when compiling orkbase for Windows using Visual Studio 2010? See online help for details. ...\vs2010\oreka\orkbasecxx\StdString.h 1684 1 OrkBase A couple of these warnings is also present: Warning 64 warning C4101: 'e' : unreferenced local variable C:\Projekt\VS2010\oreka\OrkBaseCxx\Serializers\DomSerializer.cpp 107 1 OrkBase ... Is there any more detailed guide how to easy set up the orkaudio for build on Windows? I mean what default third library locations and folder names? how are you doing Mr Henry,,,, i'm sure that the full RTP traffic reach my NIC, because i replay a wireshark snapshot and i heard both side of the call clearly, therefor the issue of one side recording call is caused by oreka audio, it cannot retrieve full RTP traffic is there any configuration that has to be made in the conf file ??? Hello, I have everything setup correctly and playing. However a strange problem is occurring. When I attempt to play using IE9 from OrkWeb the recordings sound funny and as if you are on a bad cell phone connection. If I download the file on my PC and play it, I can hear the recorded WAV very well. I am using GSM format in OrkAudio config. What is wrong here? Thanks |

Très bien merci :) This is in the MySQL databse, it's not a file. You can edit it with via SQL statements or use any graphical interface that can connect to the MySQL database. It depends on the underlying telephony platform. What are you using? Cisco Skinny? SIP? Something else? This could be due to the RTP for the other direction completely missing from the port mirroring feed. A pcap trace of an external inbound calls might be able to tell us this.
