This probably means that you are capturing both the extension side and the
trunk side of the call, you could use <PcapFilter> in config.xml to record
only the IP subnets of your telsets.

Subject: [Oreka-devel] Duplicate recording when monitoring a call
When a call is being monitored I'm having two recordings for the same call,
both having the same audio.
As an example, these are the attributes of both instances:
Original:
Port:BBP LocalParty:8427 LocalEntryPoint: RemoteParty:, LocalIP:10.200.39.3
RemoteIP:10.200.50.27 Direction:unkn, NativeCallId:0001
Copy:
Port:BBQ LocalParty:8960 LocalEntryPoint: RemoteParty:, LocalIP:10.200.39.3
RemoteIP:10.200.50.171 Direction:unkn, NativeCallId:0001
6427 is the agent
8960 is the supervisor
I dont know what to do here, i mean, it's almost correct because there are
two calls but I dont know how to filter thins kind of stuff
The phones are mostly from Avaya with h323 protocol
Thaks in advance
Saludos
Juan
PS: Sorry for my bad bad english
