It seems likely depend on SourceForge meltdown. Many SourceForge repositories is still not available, including this one I Think.

I've also tried the url: svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/oreka/svn/trunk and it also results in the samme result:

Is there something wrong with the repository, or has something changed in how to access it?

Can't connect to host 'svn.code.sf.net': A Connection could not be made because the computer actively refused it.

 
Other repositories works well, so it cannot be a firewall issue.
