Dear Sir,
What is Avaya PBX supported with Oreka?
- Avaya IP Office H.323
- Avaya IP Office Digital
- Avaya IP Office Server Edition
- Avaya Aura
- Session Manager
.....
They are realy so different .... !
The second point we have already an Oreka open sources version running with
Avaya IP Office with 2 CC agents, it works fine.
The issue is on Avaya IP Office and when the number of users is more than
20 for example, we are looking for a mapping file to map IP Address to
extension number.
Our team was already started developing a separated code that can do this
but we are still looking if Oreka have already this type of programs?
