Oreka Version - 1.7 Phone System - Cisco Call Manager 9.1.2.11900-12 Hi There, I hope someone is able to help me with this problem that we are having while recording calls with Oreka. When a call comes in, Oreka is picking the call up successfully, and initially records the conversation absolutely fine. However, if that call is then put on hold and then retrieved again by the user, then the audio quality deteriorates drastically to the point where you can not make out the conversation. I am using RSPAN to capture the traffic, where the switches (CISCO 3750 / 3110X) mirrors the voice vlan to a remote span vlan, and then the listening switch mirrors the span vlan to a listening switch port (Oreka).
