[Oreka-user] Audio Missing on Transfers

Hey All, Just wanted to know if anyone else had a similar issue, We have a Samsung 7200s and when a call is placed on hold or its transferred we loose either both sides of the audio or just one side. Is there anyway around this ? Kind Regards, Mark |
