If yes and it still not works, just post your observations to the list.

Hi Henri,

Thanks for responding.  Another Oreka user responded and suggested the 5.01
download was missing files so he sent me a 5.02 link and I downloaded that
and installed it and the files built just fine.  I do have one other issue
though.  I'm happy that the wav files are built in directories by hour and
by day, but I'm trying to use the OrkWeb interface and the instances show
up, but I can not play them.  The associated player looks like it tries for
a (very) quick second and that's it.  Any ideas?

This is usually caused by a missing codec. Could you please open your
orkaudio.log and search for lines such as the following:

 

2006-04-25 21:54:35,224  INFO rtpsession:310 - JLC: 1st packet s1:
192.168.88.102,51806 67.15.58.46,50480 seq:7408 ts:3682572815 len:20 type:12

 

and tell us the number you have as "type" (type:12 here).

I'm new to OrkAudio and have setup config using VOIP plugin and I see files
creating in audiorecordings directory, but the wav file is always 1KB.  The
ORIG file varies in size as expected, but the audio format I set to pcmwav
does not seem to be converting to wav correctly.  Your help is greatly
appreciated.
