Cleaned up the 2.0 branch a bit.

added ability to pass in metalink options from command line or file with --open when merging

Changed merge behavior so it no longer requires an output file as an argument, data is just printed to stdout and can be piped to a file if needed.

Added merge option, only outputs data within <files>

Fix for when url is set before the file is scanned, once the file is scanned the filename is properly changed if requested

fixed so that the clear button also removes any GPG signatures

added support to read PGP signatures if they exist locally with the file (.asc and .sig) when scanned
