Hi Charlie,

It's not so straightforward to change the license of a free software
project.  You have to contact every contributor and get them to agree
to relicense their contribution.

I'm only a minor contributor to liblo, but personally I'd be dead
against that, as I am in favour of the software freedoms that the FSF
promote and iOS walks all over.
