Thanks that was very usefull. Along with the following thread i was able to finish installing torcs. https://sourceforge.net/p/torcs/mailman/message/35831161/ Bye, Joao Aniceto ________________________________ De: David Savinkoff <dsa...@te...> Enviado: 11 de dezembro de 2018 03:57:08 Para: João Aniceto Cc: tor...@li... Hopefully the next version of torcs will have this fixed. Don't install the torcs source code into /usr/src Don't compile as root. Don't install torcs binary into the system. (no need for root privileges) Do use your home directory eg. /home/user/torcs-1.3.7 Furthermore, you should install the application to your home directory, that way you can develop, compile, install and execute torcs in your home directory. See TorcsNotes.txt I hope that some day OpenALMusicPlayer and its dependencies could be avoided with a compile switch. Sincerely, David |

Hi, I want to run an experiment where I make 2 machines compete against each other. I want to setup the game server as well as the two bots playing the game on different hosts. Can you provide some pointer on how to do this? Is there a server and a client bot that I could easily use? Thanks in anticipation! Debopam |
