Hi, The following link has instructions for VC6: http://torcs.sourceforge.net/index.php?artid=3&name=Sections&op=viewarticle I'm guessing for Windows; but do exactly what is mentioned and maybe some VC6 compatibility must be selected in VC10. I think your compiler needs the path set for the TORCS include files, but this may be the tip of the iceberg of problems if you cannot successfully accomplish the compiling instructions. I have no problems compiling TORCS in Linux. Really exciting concept! I don't see why it shouldn't work. Hi Alon Focus means in this case the position of the mouse pointer, so you use the braces to add/remove them (I guess this worked). These are then just kind of windows, so if you want to configure such a window, point with the mouse pointer over it, then it gets the commands for changeing camera, etc. So the process would be: - Set up your 2 players - Start a race including both players - pause it before it starts - Split screen - Point to the first windows, set it up for the first player - Point to the second window, set it up for the second player Please have as well a look to the TORCS FAQ on www.torcs.org, the process is described there as well (but from "focus" I get you come from there). Hope this helps, best regards Bernhard PS: Sorry, I know its complicated, but the intension was more a multi camera view, so the split screen multi-play is just a clever abuse of it, we should make this easier some day. Hello, Single keyboard, two joysticks. Want to play two players with joysticks. I configured two players. I configured a race with these two players, I don't really understand what "focus" is, however I get split screen, while I can control only one (the focused) using the F1...F11. Is there a way to switch the focus or a way to have control for both users? At top view I see "Player1" label, at 2nd view I don't see "Player2"... What am I missing? Regards, Alon Bar-Lev. |
