Hello all, I play Torcs on an HP Elitebook 8530W, running Fedora 14, and Torcs 1.3.1. I have a lot of problems with mouse calibration though. When I calibrate the mouse, often the top edge of the screen is not accelerating or braking, and everything else below that is braking. The resolution on this laptop is quite high - 1920x1200 - could this be causing the calibration system some issues? Any suggestions/things I can try? Can I view the settings of the calibration? I'm working away from home, and don't have access to recovery CDs, so I prefer not to try messing with Xorg config files, as it could leave me without a working laptop. Calum PS. Here is the output of grep -i mouse /var/log/Xorg.0.log if it's of any use: [ 41.009] (==) NVIDIA(0): Silken mouse enabled [ 41.758] (II) config/udev: Adding input device SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad (/dev/input/mouse0) [ 41.758] (II) config/udev: Adding input device PS/2 Generic Mouse (/dev/input/event6) [ 41.758] (**) PS/2 Generic Mouse: Applying InputClass "evdev pointer catchall" [ 41.758] (**) PS/2 Generic Mouse: always reports core events [ 41.758] (**) PS/2 Generic Mouse: Device: "/dev/input/event6" [ 41.758] (--) PS/2 Generic Mouse: Found 3 mouse buttons [ 41.758] (--) PS/2 Generic Mouse: Found relative axes [ 41.758] (--) PS/2 Generic Mouse: Found x and y relative axes [ 41.758] (II) PS/2 Generic Mouse: Configuring as mouse [ 41.758] (**) PS/2 Generic Mouse: YAxisMapping: buttons 4 and 5 [ 41.758] (**) PS/2 Generic Mouse: EmulateWheelButton: 4, EmulateWheelInertia: 10, EmulateWheelTimeout: 200 [ 41.758] (II) XINPUT: Adding extended input device "PS/2 Generic Mouse" (type: MOUSE) [ 41.758] (**) PS/2 Generic Mouse: (accel) keeping acceleration scheme 1 [ 41.759] (**) PS/2 Generic Mouse: (accel) acceleration profile 0 [ 41.759] (**) PS/2 Generic Mouse: (accel) acceleration factor: 2.000 [ 41.759] (**) PS/2 Generic Mouse: (accel) acceleration threshold: 4 [ 41.759] (II) PS/2 Generic Mouse: initialized for relative axes. Hi, Has anyone in the list given any thoughts on the amount of hours it would take to port torcs to android? Could this be a project for next years Google Summer of Code?
