Hello all, i have done following changes to style.xsl: - Show number of positions won/lost since start of a race - Additional table summarizing all races in a championship - Highlight fastest practice lap and show difference time This file (located in config folder) is used by a viewer (tested with Firefox and IE in WinXP) to format a torcs xml results file to readable tables. This is mainly caused through a bug fix (simplified explanation: TORCS has drawn before the lights as often as lights has been available, so if you defined 2 lights, every light has been drawn 2 times, if you had defined 4 lights, every light has been drawn 4 times, etc). This is fixed now. > I had already noticed some weeks ago that brake lights were significantly > less visible on TRB cars, compared to 1.3.0, but it's worse now. I just adjusted this quickly according my taste (and my screen, maybe your saturation/gamma settings play in here as well). Hope this helps Bernhard |

Hi, all. Could not figure out where is the problem, but after an update on r1-3-1 branch, brake lights are no more or hardly visible on TRB cars. (NOT visible on 4 and 7, VERY weak on 2 and 5, weak on others). I had already noticed some weeks ago that brake lights were significantly less visible on TRB cars, compared to 1.3.0, but it's worse now. Anyone else experiencing that ? Regards, Jean-Philippe Meuret. |

Hello Torcs developers, i am updating style.xsl file these days and hope someone can make following changes in creation of result files: - in Practice results there is no attribute for car name, would be usefull for human drivers specially (attstr in Practice section for example) - change 2 defined strings: dammages -> damage, pits stops -> pit stops - in results for Non Championship Race qualification section is named "Qualifying", in all other "Qualifications" (was equal in 1.2.4) Thanks Eugen _________________________________________________________________________ In 5 Schritten zur eigenen Homepage. Hello, based on my work from yesterday (Wheel 2 texture update http://files.myopera.com/area42/files/torcs-wheel-2-tex.zip ) i updated the textures of CG Speedway 1 (g-track-1) for TORCS 1.3.1 too: - asphalt textures looks to blurry - blurry tree textures I reworked them, all the textures are published under the FreeArt license. Any feedback is welcome: http://files.myopera.com/area42/files/torcs-g-track-1-tex.zip ___/\_______________________________________________________________________ Ich werde mir keine Donuts um den Hals hängen. |\/\/\/| | | Bart. | (O)(O) ba...@ne... Hello, i finished the tangofied TORCS icon and created all required resources for Linux and Windows. The package contains: - Linux icon in subfolders 16x16, 32x32, 48x48, scalable - Windows multiformat icon (24bpp and 32bpp colordepth) for 16px,32px and 48px - the readme.txt /FreeArt license) You can grab it here: http://files.myopera.com/area42/files/torcs-icon-tangofied.zip ___/\_______________________________________________________________________ Ich muß im Klassenzimmer meine Blähungen unterdrücken. |\/\/\/| | | Bart. | (O)(O) ba...@ne... Hi Andrew, good point - good changes at all! I added your texture changes to a complete final package. I reworked the border stone again to get back the green border. To stop the green border looks like a wrong grass texture i added a small ligthning/ shadow seam and removed the noise a little bit. The final texture update can be grabed here: http://files.myopera.com/area42/files/torcs-wheel-2-tex.zip ___/\_______________________________________________________________________ Niemand interessiert sich für meine Unterhosen. |\/\/\/| | | Bart. | (O)(O) ba...@ne... Thanks for doing this Eckhard. A few comments:- > the red-white border stones has a wrong colored gras border Its not a grass border - its a painted green strip. As you probably know, wheel-2 is based on Suzuka, and that's the design they used. For example, take a look at this:- http://www.nihoncar.com/en/news-756-XANAVI+NISMO+GT-R+Scores+Debut+Win+at+Su zuka!.html I'd prefer to leave this texture unchanged. > some asphalt textures where sharp other where blurry Your fixes look good, thanks. > the fence texture looks to simple I really like your new texture for this! > the sand texture has a to big noise I think you mean the texture was scaled too large? If so your replacement looks ok, though the colour has shifted more towards the yellow and its saturation is a bit high for my tastes. I notice you've replaced the grass texture as well. I'm undecided as to whether I prefer it or not. > blurry tree textures Yes, I like your changes. Perhaps treeg11_n could do with a bit more brightness/saturation though. I've modified sand.png and the two tree textures (they both needed green transparency colour, not black) - they can be downloaded from http://locus.webng.com/files/tex-wheel-2.zip cheers Andrew |

Hello, ich check out 1.3.1 and found some texture bugs in Wheel-2: - the red-white border stones has a wrong colored gras border - some asphalt textures where sharp other where blurry - the fence texture looks to simple - the sand texture has a to big noise - blurry tree textures I reworked them, all the textures are published under the FreeArt license: http://files.myopera.com/area42/files/torcs-tex-wheel-2.zip ___/\_______________________________________________________________________ Ich habe keine Vollmacht für Erstkläßler. |\/\/\/| | | Bart. | (O)(O) ba...@ne...
