As far as I know, the reason for this is as follows. The setting "initial 
fuel" is set before a race. It is calculated as follows:
0.0008 * tracklength * (nb_of_laps + 1) / (1.0 + nb_of_pitstops) + 20.0.

If you increase the number of pitstops, you get less fuel, but you will never 
get less then 20 liters.

If you want to use the "initial fuel" setting, you can place the line 318 of 
the file src/drivers/human.cpp into comment (it's the only line containing 
PRM_FUEL). But that means that you always have to set the initial amount of 
fuel yourself.

Hi all

Yesterday night I did this on the CVS:
- Hopefully marked all binary files as binary, so Windows/WinCVS users will get
the files right (set the line endings to unix anyway, in WINCVS and vc++).
- Suppress the Warning 4786 (too long debugging symbols).
- Updated the vc++ project files, excluded olethros from build for now (need to
resolve nonportable "clock" stuff first).

There are many files in CVS that are not marked binary while they should
(glf, xcf, rgb, wav)...  Fortunately, there is a local workaround:

- delete the incorrect files (Ctrl-Backspace in WinCVS)
- Choose update for all those files you've deleted, and in the 'Update
  Options' tab of the corresponding dialog, click the right arrow next
  to 'Keyword substitution' and choose 'Binary'.
- Click Ok.

This should get you the files with no EOL conversions.

Hi all

There is a totally reworked version of the lotus-gt1 in the CVS:
- New model.
- New textures.
- Wheels: 17" (formerly 16")
- Adjusted some performance data, added adjustment of front "wing".
