Actually, the fix was a one-liner. Simply one variable was not being
written into the carElt structure (rollRes). Added the required line,
tested it and commited simuv2/wheel.cpp.

There are a couple of minor bugs that I found, such as the loss of the
road-riding sounds under simuv2 - which I did not notice before, and
which seem to explain firechief's questions on the TRB. Probably some
variable-setting in wheel.cpp got lost when we released 1.2.4, I don't
know. Hm. I'll look into that now and prepare a fix, to be released in a
couple of days.

Hello there, going through the sound code again

There seems to be a recent change in the constructor of
OpenalSoundInterface:

	alListenerfv(AL_VELOCITY, far_away);

I imagine this should've been an array of zeros rather than far_away, yes?
