Pros: We came from a horribly out of date, on premise donor software, so at the onset, the features and service of Bloomerang were great. I definitely would say the support provided is one of the bigger pros.
Cons: The forms for collecting donations are horrible. So horrible we don’t even use them anymore.
Overall: Overall the software is pretty good. To be honest, I would consider changing if it wasn’t so time intensive to do so.

Pros: Bloomerang is my favorite CRM system I have ever used. We never needed technical assistance after we set it up. It was easy to figure out and start using. Technically it was everything we could have asked for.
Cons: Worst Customer service experience in my 30 years of being in business. It seemed the entire company didn't care about the customers. We had a normal customer service need that is usually solved in 5 minutes. Because of the stubbornness of the Bloomerang customer service, it took 3 of us working 10 hours to get Bloomerang to solve a simple issue that normally takes 5 minutes with every other vendor that I have encountered in my 30 years in business. This includes the times when I have been the vendor.
Overall: Love the software; disgusted with customer service. Love the software; disgusted with customer service.
