ACLbit is a command line tool to backup and restore POSIX ACLs on Linux file systems. The tool uses its backup database to inspect ACLs and provide fast and clear output of effective access rights.

ADOMA stands for: Alternative Display Of Multiple Alignment. ADOMA can create four different displays of a multiple sequence alignment: a ClustalW alignment in HTML format, a simplified ClustalW alignment in HTML and/or txt format and a colored ClustalW alignment in HTML format. For examples of these outputfiles check the screenshots. ADOMA uses ClustalW to create the multiple alignment from DNA or protein sequences and displays them slightly different than the normal output of ClustalW. BAC is a command-line tool that converts, to a target audio file format, all the audio files stored in a directory tree of any depth. Supported file formats are OGG, FLAC, MP3, AAC, ALAC, WAV, in all ways, and WMA as source. Main audio tags are preserved in the process, as well as most file name characters (white spaces, question marks etc). BAC runs on Linux and probably most UNIX-type OSes. "Bio.B-Gen" is a command line tool to generate initial systems for biological molecular simulations. "Bio.B-Gen" was mainly designed to be used with the GROMACS molecular dynamics simulation package (http://www.gromacs.org). "Bio.B-Gen" depends on the GROMACS topology and force field information (.top and .itp data files) during the generation stage. "Bio.B-Gen" adds specified number of copies of a molecule to an existing configuration to a specified spacial domain inside the system, such as a sphere, cube, spherical shell, layer, etc. Then, optionally, "Bio.B-Gen" resolves overlaps between molecules in the system and saves the new molecular configuration. By running "Bio.B-Gen" multiple times for different molecular species and spacial domains quite complex initial systems can be generated. After the system is generated and all the overlaps are resolved an short GROMACS simulation run (10-20 ps) is usually required to ensure proper relaxation of the system.
