I needed a small utility that I could just call from my backup scripts, cron jobs, CI/CD pipelines, or from anywhere to send a message with particular information. And I can ship it everywhere with ease. Hence, the birth of PingMe. Everything is configurable via environment variables, and you can simply export the logs or messages to a variable that will be sent as a message, most of all this serves as a swiss army knife sort of tool that supports multiple platforms. -

Sandglass is a distributed, horizontally scalable, persistent, time-ordered message queue. It was developed to support asynchronous tasks and message scheduling which makes it suitable for usage as a task queue. This is a prototype of a side project. This should not be used in production in its current form as things may change quickly without notice. As previously asked (#4), the purpose of this project might not seem clear. In short, there is two goals. The first is to be able to track each message individually (i.e. not using a single commit offset) to make it suitable for asynchronous tasks. The second is the ability to schedule messages to be consumed in the future. This makes it suitable for retries. -

This just a simple Discord client for the 3DS build using the Sleepy Discord library and the Wslay library. Also please, notice that this is not an official Discord client, and is not made by the Discord staff. I noticed that a few Discord clients for consoles were using the Discord API incorrectly causing huge issues for those clients. So, I decided to make this as an example of how I think it should have been done. First, you need a token to an account that you own, because Discord doesn't want people asking for passwords. Anyway, place this into a file called discord token.txt in the root of your sd card. -

The VarDumper component provides mechanisms for walking through any arbitrary PHP variable. It provides a better dump() function that you can use instead of var_dump(). The VarDumper component creates a global dump() function that you can use instead of e.g. var_dump. By using it, you’ll gain per object and resource types specialized view to e.g. filter out Doctrine internals while dumping a single proxy entity, or get more insight on opened files with stream_get_meta_data. Configurable output formats, HTML or colored command line output. Ability to dump internal references, either soft ones (objects or resources) or hard ones (=& on arrays or objects properties). Repeated occurrences of the same object/array/resource won’t appear again and again anymore. Moreover, you’ll be able to inspect the reference structure of your data. You probably need to allow the system to install applications from anywhere in the security settings. Docker images are available. They run the full GUI inside a virtual Xorg server (using Xvfb). A VNC server runs on TCP port 5900 of the container, just use a regular VNC client to access the interface. The password to access the VNC service is printed to the console when starting the container. -

Command line peer-to-peer data transfer tool based on libp2p. There already exists a long list of file transfer tools, so why bother building another one? The problem I had with the existing tools is that they rely on a limited set of servers to orchestrate peer matching and data relaying which poses a centralization concern. Many of the usual centralization vs. decentralization arguments apply here, e.g. the servers are single points of failure, the service operator has the power over whom to serve and whom not, etc. Further, as this recent issue in croc shows, this is a real risk for the sustainable operation of the provided service. -

Transfer files over wifi from your computer to your mobile device
qrcp binds a web server to the address of your Wi-Fi network interface on a random port and creates a handler for it. The default handler serves the content and exits the program when the transfer is complete. When used to receive files, qrcp serves an upload page and handles the transfer. Most QR apps can detect URLs in decoded text and act accordingly (i.e. open the decoded URL with the default browser), so when the QR code is scanned the content will begin downloading by the mobile browser. When sending multiple files at once, qrcp creates a zip archive of the files or folders you want to transfer, and deletes the zip archive once the transfer is complete. When receiving files, qrcp serves an “upload page” through which you can choose files from your mobile. The default configuration file is stored in $HOME/qrcp.json, however, you can specify the location of the config file by passing the --config flag. -
