Drop-off and pick-up were both quick and seamless. We were late to our booking due to travel delays and there was no issue.
Luggage is securely stored in a locked room, show qr code for both drop off and pick up. Friendly service by the staff and I felt my luggage was secure.
The man was friendly and helpful. The experience exceeded our expectations. The instructions for locating the business were spot on.
First time using Bounce so was a little hesitant to leave out luggage while heading to Bordeaux for a few days. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience, drop off and collection a breeze. Was also happy with the level of security / checks before releasing our luggage back to us.
