should the starlight be buffed somehow? it never gets built and it sometimes loses to the other supers. could the cost be lowered or
something else?

it looses because of cost i believe. same reason zenith beats disco. seems balanced to me as its the only way to get through metal map shield spam.

it still seems like drp is better than starlight for beating shield spam though. shields can hold off zeniths and starlights, but rarely a drp.

I find Starlight to be by far the strongest superweapon. DRP is super inaccurate, so the rate at which is destroys enemy base is not as fast. And Starlight just MELTS striders and can kill a last desperate push of the opponent with pinpoint accuracy. DRP cannot really do that - it slows down if it does so, is inaccurate, and detriment can jump.
Sure, it is super pricey, but that is the point.

If it seems weak it's coz a low skilled player is controlling it, or is not babysitting it. Starlight really needs babysitting to be effective.
You can just point the drp on the enemy base with a high arc and be done with it.
