Description

This dataset contain the catalogs accompanying the paper "21,864 Unresolved, Low-mass Binaries Identified via their Overluminosity in Gaia DR3 and a Catalog of 347,440 Systems within 100 pc of the Sun" by Zachary Way, Sébastien Lépine, Jonathon Gagné, and Ilija Medan submitted to AAS Journals in January 2026. 

There are two data files:

overluminous_catalog.csv: csv table with 164,297 rows and 7 columns. This table represents the measured and predicted magnitudes/colors of the Full Sample defined in the paper.  This corresponds to Table 2.

catalog_of_systems_100pc.csv: csv table with 347,440 rows and 206 columns. This table aggregates the signs of multiplicity from several sources and attempts to build a Catalog of Systems. This corresponds to Table 3.

catalog_of_systems_100pc_lite.csv: csv table with 347,440 rows and 26 columns. This table is a smaller version of Table 3 that does not include the crossmatched
