For the Dough:
 • 2 cups (250g) all purpose flour, sifted 
 • 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
 • 1 tsp salt
 • 1 tsp sugar
 • 1/4 cup (50ml) vegetable oil
 • 1/2 cup (115ml) water, lukewarm

For the Vegan Meat Mixture:
 • 1/2 cup dry TVP, rehydrated per package instructions
 • 1/2 cup beefless broth (or vegetable broth with extra spices) 
 • 4 (115g) button mushrooms
