It’s that time of year where you can take more workouts outdoors! The track is one of my favorite places to go!   Head to the bleachers (or if you’re at a park use a picnic table), and sweat with this fun HIIT workout!   Warm Up: 1/2 mile around the track  Circuit:   • 1. Bleacher Jumps 14x  • 2. Push ups 14x  • 3. One legged step up 7x/leg  • 4. Tricep push up + Pike 14x  • 5. Dragon Fly Abs 14x  • 6. Suitcase Abs 14x  • 7. Plank Knee-to-Elbow 14x  • 8. Fast run up and down the stairs 7x*  *I prefer to run down the length of the bleachers to the next set of stairs after each one!  Complete 3-4 Rounds  Finisher: 1/2 Mile around the track  Which part sounds better to you? The running before & after or the circuit? 😜
