Once connected, Xara Cloud will automatically detect, generate, and deliver marketing materials from your Unlock MLS listings directly to their respective listing agents across Central Texas.
What is Unlock MLS?
Unlock MLS is Central Texas’s primary multiple listing service, operated by the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR) and serving the Austin–Round Rock–San Marcos Metropolitan Statistical Area. Originally known as ACTRIS (Austin/Central Texas Realty Information Service), ABoR rebranded the MLS as Unlock MLS in July 2023—reflecting its mission to open new opportunities for real estate professionals and clients across the region. Effective June 1, 2025, Unlock MLS became an Open MLS, removing the REALTOR® membership requirement for MLS access, making it available to any TREC-licensed broker or agent in Texas.
Unlock MLS covers 18 counties across Central Texas and has formed data-share partnerships with HAR (Houston) and SABOR (San Antonio), giving subscribers access to three years of historical listing data from both markets without separate memberships. Its platform offers Matrix and Flex MLS systems, UnlockStats market intelligence, CubiCasa floor plans, AdBuilder, ShowingTime, Remine PRO, OmniMLS, Forms Hub, and the Unlock MLS mobile app—making it one of the most forward-thinking MLS systems in the country.
