URGENT MEDICAL CARE!!!

Hola, soy Calli, I'm a nonbinary mexican parent, my family of 9 depends heavily on how good I communicate here and make these posts.

Our last post here for transparency's sake.

We need urgent help so we can afford to see a doctor ASAP, our 4 kids are sick with flu-like symptoms while my mother-in-law, a diabetic, is still recovering from a hysterectomy from September 11th. We can't risk her getting sick.

I can use my healthcare for myself but can't extend it to others. I still need help affording the ride to my clinic and back home. They're always short on medication so I always have to pay out of pocket.

It would be ideal to get a new bed since we've been all taking turns to sleep on the only one we have which has helped spread sickness right now and get more facemasks to help protect my MiL.

We got some money I hope it's enough to get my children to the doctor, my part and me will have to wait since we're also feverish and in also losing my voice to a very sore throat.

Upping the goal so we can get my partner treatment and I can go to my clinic to get me checked too.

We're very sick, last night we went to 3 different clinics, the first one denied treatment because they said, and I quote "your kids need to get evaluation from a pediatrician", the second clinic have my daughter her first transphobic experience, the third did not have a pediatrician but a doctor did check them as they were feverish and he saw us desperate.

He asked us to get them labs: blood tests, COVID test and some special tests for my 11yo due to his allergy history.

We had to pull another all nighter to get their fever down, my 8yo almost lost all ability to breathe due to his constipated nose and coughing flems(?).

It's been real hard, between all the taxis we depleted all we had, we need between $300-$350 just for all the labs they need and the bus/taxi fare.

Not to mention there's already 7 of us sick.

Ibtisam has been raising her children on her own since her husband was martyred by the occupation in 2014. Then in 2023, they did the same to her eldest son. She cannot work due to the invasion, and her needs are compounded by the cost of treatment for her 18-y/o son and 15-y/o daughter, both of who are disabled. Ibtisam and her family are currently starving and being bombed and shot at, they urgently need your support!
